The Weekend Student of the Master of Science in Security Studies (MSS) and Master of Science in Defence and International Politics (MDIP), Mr Agyemang Boadu Emmanuel, has donated five HP desktop computers to the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC).
The donation was made on Wednesday, 19 August 2026, at the Commandant's Office at Otu Barracks, Teshie.
Mr Agyemang Boadu Emmanuel, in presenting the items, said the gesture was aimed at supporting the College's efforts to enhance its information technology resources and facilitate teaching, learning and administrative activities as part of his philanthropic mission.

He noted that as a student of the College, he had benefited from the academic and professional environment provided by GAFCSC and considered the donation a modest contribution towards the development of the institution.
Receiving the computers on behalf of the College, the Commandant of GAFCSC, Major General(Maj Gen) Jackson Wonje expressed appreciation to Mr Agyemang Boadi Emmanuel for the gesture.
He commended Mr Agyamang Boadu for demonstrating a strong sense of commitment to the development of the College and noted that such contributions from students and stakeholders were important in complementing the efforts of the institution.

The Commandant further encouraged that other students and alumni will emulate the gesture by supporting initiatives that would contribute to the growth and development of GAFCSC.
The five HP desktop computers are expected to support the College's academic and administrative activities and contribute to creating an improved working and learning environment.
